It is very important to us to ensure the highest possible protection of your personal data. All personal data collected and processed by us within the scope of an application are protected against unauthorised access and manipulation by technical and organisational measures.

As part of the application process, we process personal data that you have made available to us. In particular, the following data can be processed:

- Information on performance appraisals, such as certificates
- Photo, if you add it voluntarily
- Further information that you send us voluntarily
Data collection, storage and transmission
The data and files you provide will only be stored and used for purposes related to the recording and processing of your interest in employment or training at Hector Rail GmbH and the processing of your application, including the necessary contact with you. As a matter of principle, your data will only be passed on to our internal offices and specialist departments which are responsible for the specific application procedure. Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless you have given your express consent or an official order to do so.
Storage period of the application data
We store your application data for a period of 6 months. We then delete the data, unless the deletion is contrary to statutory provisions or the data is needed for purposes of evidence.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to data transferability as well as correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future and without giving reasons.
