We are very pleased to announce the appointment of David Knowles as Managing Director of Hector Rail Ab, Sweden, effective 10 April 2017. David is the current COO of GB Railfreight and has been a key member of the executive team for nearly 7 years.
With over 25 years experience in the rail freight industry, David has benevolent experience in both business and industry. He is instrumental in the significant growth and development of the industry's leading teams that have created the exceptional reputation and success of GB Railfreight.
David will play a key role in helping Hector Rail Ab to lead and enable the company's performance and efficiency, as well as to achieve its strategic goals.
He will also have an important role in the development of the Hector Rail Group and will accordingly be appointed non-executive director of GB Railfreight in order to retain his position on the board.
