At Hector Rail, we have published our Sustainability Report 2020 documenting favourable results and ambitious targets for five key areas impacting the company’s business and future: safety, green value, diversity, business ethics and promoting rail transportation.
Each of these areas includes a number of sustainability KPIs and focus areas. Performance is tracked continuously against set goals, which are translated into relevant targets on every level of the organisation. The sustainability activities and targets are revised annually to ensure they remain relevant over time.
